Pack your suitcases and travel around the world with the Muncie Children’s Museum at A Night for the Museum – Passport to Adventure!
On Saturday, August 17, 2013 from 8-11 p.m., the Muncie Children’s Museum will send you on a getaway to faraway lands such as Italy, France, Mexico and Japan at their third annual benefit, A Night for the Museum. Proceeds from the evening benefit educational program and exhibits at the Museum.
Enjoy food and beverages at this 21 and older event as you travel from country to country throughout the Museum. Local restaurants sponsoring each country include Casa del Sol, Fuji Sushi and Hibachi Steak House, Damask Cafe, Johnny Carino’s Italian Grill and Heather’s Edible Art.
Your “passport to adventure” includes entertainment from DJ Nate of NBE Event Group and a silent auction with items you cannot miss. These prizes include a medium-sized Big Green Egg from Mermaid Pools and Spa, a “Splash to Indy” package including four passes to the Caribbean Cove and a one-night stay at the Embassy Suites North and an American Girl Doll Molly, just to name a few.
Tickets to the event cost $75 per couple, $50 per individual or $300 for a block of eight tickets to bring your office friends. Reservations should be made by Monday, August 12.
